Sep 26, 2012 — The Devil's Tower National Monument of Wyoming was worth a quick visit. I rode my bike from the base to the top, and glad I did instead of driving since the glide down was tons of fun. The tower didn't make me feel small like I thought it would - it was more of a want to scramble around to get closer to the ridiculously out-of-place seeming massive rock formation in the middle of an otherwise flat landscape. The Tower Trail circles the feature, and most of it is paved. It's neat to see the 1,267 foot tower from all angles, though.
