Oct 12, 2015 — Fern Canyon is accessible via the west side road if using a car, but I was more interested in visiting a bunch of redwoods via a nice loop rather than just seeing Fern Canyon. This hike visits Fern Canyon via the James Irvine and the Mniers Ridge Loop.
